SPEED CAMPS

We believe this is the most important training you can receive if you want to be a better athlete. Coaches today not only want skilled players, they want strong, quick, and agile athletes. The NBC Camps' staff began researching waSpeed Explosion Camp logoys to improve an athlete's explosiveness and strength and discovered "speed explosion training specialists" who are changing the way sports are being played.

Modern day athletes have revolutionized sports by enhancing their bodies, athletic skills, and overall game. NBC Camps' research of speed, quickness, and agility training has brought about a unique curriculum that blends the explosiveness and athleticism necessary to be successful in sports.

What is the camp like?
This is not a conditioning camp. No need to be afraid or worried about running lines or jogging on the track. Every movement will be done with 100% intensity. We will train you to eliminate wasted motion that slows you down and burns you out. The Speed Explosion Training camp for all sports, give you specific tools for your individual sport to help you excel. The Speed explosion camps as part of the basketball camps combine speed explosion training specifically for basketball.

Develop Confidence: We believe athletics are not just physical. If you want to achieve your goals, you have to train your mind to have mental toughness and self-confidence. At NBC Speed Explosion Camp you'll learn how to develop unshakable confidence.

Overcome fear: When you experience new situations and move out of your comfort zone you take one step toward eliminating fear. NBC Speed Explosion Camp provides an environment of encouragement where you can feel confident to learn new skills. You don't have to be a gifted athlete to benefit from the training. Drills are designed to help you improve at your level without embarrassing comparison.

Develop Quickness: Quickness is speed's first gear, the ability to change from stop to go in the shortest possible time. Quickness is not just a result of genetics. You are genetically limited, but within the parameters of your genetic ability there are huge strides you can take.
