CIC College prep basketball Camp

Tryout Procedures

1. Register online at www.nbccamps.com.
2. Complete our brief online application by answering all questions below and email to cic@nbccamps.com.
3. Please send at least one reference letter via email to cic@nbccamps.com. Reference letter should be from a non-related adult who is familiar with applicant's basketball ability and character. A coach would be a great reference.
4. CIC staff will contact you for further information if neccessary.
5. You will be formally informed of acceptance via email.

6. Position in basketball
7. How many years have you attended CIC?
8. How many years have you attended NBC Camps?
9. What level of basketball did you participate in last season? (i.e. Jr. High, High School JV, Varisty, etc.)
10. What was your role on the team? (i.e. captain, starter, 6th man, etc.)
11. What were your approximate season averages in points, rebounds, assits, and any other important stats?
12. What are you involved in outside of basketball? (i.e. school groups, church groups, etc.)
13. Why do you want to go to CIC?
14. Why do you think we should accept you to attend this camp?
