CAMP SUMMER EMPLOYMENT
Working at NBC Camps can be one of the most rewarding and
valuable experiences of your life. You'll be around sports
and athletes in an environment that is both challenging and
supportive. We truly believe that through activities such
as the Intensity
Station and our evening programs, we can reach out to
today's youth to help offer the life
skills training they need to succeed. It is very important
to us that all of our summer employees read and understand

QUALIFICATIONS FOR COACHING
JOBS
Athletic Experience
Minimum: Must have been a High school varsity player or had
previous coaching experience. Preference will be given to
college athletes.
Moral Excellence Character
References will be contacted and thoughtfully considered.
Education
Minimum: GED (except Junior Coaches) Preference will be given
to those currently excelling in college and to college graduates.
People
Skills
Camp coaches must be able to relate and interact with athletes,
parents, other coaches, and those in leadership with a professional,
appropriate, and meaningful manner.
Enthusiasm
Camp coaches must have a thankful, outgoing, and enthusiastic
personality.
Personal
Growth
We are a camp based on Christian principles and values. NBC
Camps desires physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual
growth and development for both campers and coaches. Coaches
must be able to lead a thoughtful discussion with athletes
on the topics of goal setting, peer pressure, confidence,
teamwork, family and faith in God.
