Camp in am, after 12pm tour the Coliseum and Palatine Hill (palaces of the Roman Leaders)

Wed  July 1                 
Camp in am, after 12pm tour the Forum (downtown Rome 2,000 years ago) See the amazing prison where Paul and Peter were before being martyred.

Thurs July 2               
No Camp – Tour the Vatican (headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church and the home of the Pope, St Paul’s Basilica, the Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel and site where Paul was crucified on a cross upside down because it was toomuch of an honor to die upright like Jesus.

Fri July 3                    
Visit the Placco camp in the am and then take the subway to Ostia, a city of 60,000 people 2000 years ago, which is now beautifully preserved.  After that we will go swimming just in the Mediterranean Sea.                                
Sat July 4                 
Independence Day for the USA, not the Italians.  We will take a day-long walk through Old Rome.  You will see the Pantheon, walk down old, old winding streets, eat at some great café’s, see some of the worlds most amazing fountains and public squares.  You will know you are in Europe and in one of the most amazing cities of the world.

Sun July 5                   
Pack your bags and head to Castel Di Sangro   
This is a neat little village in the mountains of Italy.
It actually has a domed arena where you will be playing basketeball.  The village is quaint and charming with lost of neat fun places to explore plus many fun shops.  There is a great recreation area with swimming and a cool go-cart track.  The village is built on a hill.  We will hike to theo op and see a very old church and look down on the town and visualize the Germans on one side of the river and the Americans on the other during World War II.  They were in a stand off for 3 months firing at each other.  Here you will see the real Italy that most tourists never see.
                 
Mon July 6 -Saturday, July 11                            
You will participate with the Campers in the am and then you will be exploring in the afternoon. There will be some Italian lessons.

Arrive in Oahu at 8:07 pm .  Will be met by Island Hosts.

Thurs 09                     
Check out Oahu, games in afternoon

Fri 10                          
Beach or a grass tournament (near the beach)
4:30 will be picked up and to head to Paradise Cove the traditional Hula and Feast.                                  

Sat 11                         
Time to pack and head to Maui

Get to know your host families and the Island.  Games
                                   
Mon 13                       
Visit Kehei area, the aquarium, miniature golf.  Beach time, Games
                       
Tues 14                      
  ½ day of exploring Lahina.  (the original capital of Hawaii/old
                                                Whaling town on the water front and fun shopping on Front Street)
              
Wed 15                      
Pack your bags with many memories and head home. Time to visit Pearl Harbor and the Palace –

Arrive at Heathrow Airport on Air Canada Flight 850
from Calgary.  Get luggage and get ready to board Ryan Air
You are headed for Ireland.  Martin Dunne will meet you and be with you the entire time in Ireland.  Fantastic sightseeing

Thurs 02                      
Get your cameras ready – Dublin Spire, St Patrick’s Cathedral                     First game on European soil.   The some Irish activities for you 

Fri 03                           
Visit the Howth Castle, Howth Harbour and amazing Transport Museum.   Game v Marion College.       

Sat 04                          
Pack your bags, ferry ride across the English Sea to Holyhead. Then    
to Blackpool.  You will spend time at the Pleasure Beach fun park on
the sea!.   Evening games    
                                   
Sun 05                          
You will visit the charismatic St Thomas Church.  Afternoon         
Hoopfest tournament.  This tournament commemorates the
life of a UK NBC coach who tragically lost his life last year.

Mon 06                        
Pack your bags and head to Liverpool the home of the Beatles. Visit local amazing Cathedral.  Wander the city and experience Ye Old England.   games
                                   
Tues 07                        
Tour historic sights and a tour of the area where Beatles grew up.

Wed 08                    
Pack your bags and head to London.  Once you arrive you will settle in
                                    at the Kings’ College Campus, Hampstead and the head to the underground tube.  It is time to listen to Big Ben, walk by the Parliament, spend some time at Trafalgar Square, head to the Palace and then to Hard Rock Café for a meal.

Thurs 09                      
London walking tour starting St Paul’s Cathedral, the underground   Take the train to Southend for your last game.

Fri 10                           
Pack your bags with many memories and head home.  Arrive in Calgary 3:35pm with much to tell your family and friends!        

Wed July 1                  
Arrive at Heathrow Airport on Air Canada You will be staying in beautiful London. You will settle in at the Kings’ College Campus, Hampstead and the head to the world’s biggest Underground system.  Guided tour of famous landmarks in London. Then first game.

Thurs 02                    
  London walking tour starting at St Paul’s Cathedral, boat trip on the River Thames and then listen to Big Ben.   Games with Southend

Fri 03                           
Pack your bags before breakfast. Last minute site seeing and shopping before you board the bus for Blackpool. Blackpool is the home to millions of visitors a year for its Pleasure Beach fun
park seaside location.  Steve Legge will introduce you to his Basketball  Academy followed by a game.
                                     
Sat 04                          
Spend some special time with your homestay and visit the exciting town of Blackpool you must visit the Pleasure Beach; the three piers on the seaside.   Time to meet Jeremy Mannino – he is the one to thank for the site seeing.  Games  against the Blackpool Academy
                                   
Sun 05                          
Will visit St Thomas Church.  In the afternoon there will be a local Hoopfest Tournament.  This commemorates the life of a UK NBC Coach who lost his life  last year..   Afterwards, a presentation and celebration with food and refreshments.

Mon 06                         
Pack your bags and you are headed to the beautiful Lake District by bus.

Tues 07                        
 Pack your bags and head to Liverpool with a mystery tour of the sights that make the Beatles world famous.  Transfer to Chester University
                                     
Wed 08                       
After breakfast you will visit the amazing Cathedral and walk the city wall.
The shopping is absolutely fantastic
                                   
Thurs 09                      
Travel back to London, some final shopping.
