Preseason Mental Prep Course Description:

As the level of competition increases, training your body alone is not enough. To become a complete athlete, your mental skill must meet or exceed your physical skill. This means believing in yourself, knowing what leads to your best performances and being mentally tough enough to handle any situation that arises. With new sports seasons beginning, this is the perfect time to put systems in place and set yourself up to reach your goals this year.

This session is open to athletes in any sport. This class will run regardless of the number of athletes enrolled. Get mentally ready for your training and sports seasons.

Join our Preseason Mental Prep course with mental performance coach Brandon Davis.

Brandon will host two one-hour live zoom session and dive into a major aspect of the mental game. He will walk you through exactly how to implement these skills into your game through discussion, exercises, and worksheets. If you can’t attend a live session, don’t worry! All sessions are recorded, and the materials covered will be available so you can learn and grow on your own time.

WHAT IS SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY?

Sport Psychology is the art and science of enhancing your mental performance in your field of passion and life.

We all want to be at our best, so what gets in the way? We can put in years of hard work, but once the lights shine bright it's not always reflected. Mental skills training allows YOU to be in control rather than the environment that you find yourself in. Sport Psychology is now a core element at the highest levels of athletics.   • Brandon Headshot

    Certified Mental Performance Consultant Brandon Davis

    Brandon graduated from California Baptist University with a master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). He is a former collegiate dual-sport athlete and played professional basketball overseas. Brandon has experience as a basketball coach at the high school and NCAA D2 level, as a personal trainer, and as a health coach. As a mental performance coach, Brandon has helped athletes and teams reach their goals across a wide array of sports.
