NBC SUMMER CAMP PAPER REGISTRATION FORMS

To register by mail please send an email to nbc@nbccamps.com and we will mail a registration form.

Mail Form with check or money order to:

Checks should be made out to NBC Camps and include the camper name on the memo line.

REGISTRATION DISCOUNT FORMS

If you register 5 or more kids for any summer camp, each camper receives $10 off tuition.
Email nbc@nbccamps.com for the 5+ registration form.

CLINIC REGISTRATION FORM

If you plan to register by mail or at the door (if spots are available) please email nbc@nbccamps.com and send the form with check or money order to NBC Camps or bring payment with you to check-in.
