Complete Skills Volleyball Day Camp
Dates: July 15-18, 2024 | Age Group: Boys and Girls ages 11-14
DAY CAMP INFORMATION
Daily Times for Day Camp: 9am to 3pm (first day check-in is 8:30am)
CAMP DESCRIPTION
Complete Skills Volleyball Day Clinic
Complete Skills Volleyball Day Camp offers training in all aspects of the sport including leadership and confidence training. NBC's Complete Skills volleyball curriculum is all encompassing to help athletes develop and master skills to play the game of volleyball with excellence.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & OTHER
Ratio: approximately a 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience.
Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own knee pads and athletic equipment and have at least one pair of well broken-in volleyball (court) shoes. Campers do need to bring their own volleyball (clearly labeled with their name).
Allergies/Dietary Restrictions/Medical Concerns: please include this on your registration so campus staff and camp staff can be prepared for your camper's arrival.
HEALTH & RELEASE FORMS
All registered campers are required to have a parent or legal guardian fill out the mandatory Health & Release Forms before arrival at camp. This camp does NOT require a doctor's signature on the forms.
CAMP INFORMATION PACKET
A detailed Camp Information Packet containing check-in location and address, on-site staff contact information, a checklist of things to bring, site-specific forms, and more will be emailed to all registered campers prior to camp.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

DAY CAMP - SAMPLE SCHEDULE
- 9:00am Welcome and Warm ups
- 9:20am Instruction focus/station work
- 12:00pm Lunch - bring bag lunch
- 12:45pm Afternoon Program (leadership and life skill training, ice breakers, and discussion groups)
- 1:30pm Competition and Games Session
- 3:00pm Spotlights, daily review and camper pick up
ABOUT THE CAMPUS
NBC Campers and staff enjoy the use of the nice gym at Strathcona Christian Elementary School. The Elementary school is kitty-corner from the main Strathcona Christian School and Sherwood Park Alliance Church.
