Accountability Team Groups Opening this Fall

NBC Connect will open again this fall with weekly meetings to help student-athletes with accountability and follow-through. Six students and one coach join together in a Zoom meeting to meet and hold each other accountable for basketball and life goals.

Students focus on building the intrinsic qualities of commitment, leadership, integrity, self-confidence, and more. Campers from different areas of the country connect and it's a great way to meet other athletes from around the USA, Canada, and beyond.

Coaches are certified and trained, all sessions are recorded for safety purposes. Campers get handouts, goal sheets, and individual time with their coach to get follow through on their dreams and goals.

Feedback on this program has been outstanding. Parents have viewed it as a transformer and students love the personal connection and mentoring.

Teams also have loved this training and AAU/high school programs have joined these sessions together with the NBC Coach to improve team unity, and to bond together during this pandemic.

In this time of uncertainty, many students are feeling discouraged, isolated, and unmotivated. These training times build great confidence, hope, and inspiration to overcome on and off the court. It's one of the most powerful programs I have been involved in."
