Lead Coach
Rhys McVay
After growing up attending NBC Camps including College Prep Camp for three years, Rhys has been working with NBC for several years now as a coach, lead coach, and day camp director. He appeared in three state championships at Freeman high school, and went on to play basketball at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
About Rhys
His first college season was cancelled due to Covid and his most recent season, after getting shoulder surgery, he took on more of a coaching role within the team, mainly coaching the defense and managing the substitutions. After a long year of sitting on the sidelines, he re-joined the roster and played through his senior season. He currently is on staff with the Men's Basketball Program at Eastern Washington University.
