About Russ

Russ will be the coaching director for U16 - U18.

• Russ brings over 20 years of coaching experience at a variety of levels. He has coached youth, premier club soccer, High school, as well as lead soccer camps, clinics and trips.
• Coach Russ is passionate about developing leaders and using the beautiful game of soccer to shape not only good players, but more importantly good people.
• Helped co-found The 90+ Project, along with Mo, a youth soccer organization that offers mentoring for underprivileged youth through the sport of soccer. This organization provides an opportunity to play the game while teaching players character and leadership development.
• A graduate of Summit University of Pennsylvania (Religion and Youth) and received his Masters in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship from Moody Bible Theological Seminary and Graduate School.
• He is currently the Pastor of Leadership Development, Teaching & Administration at New Community in Spokane, WA. In addition, he serves on the board of Global Neighborhood, The 90+ Project, and Chi Rho Community.
