NBC Basketball Announcing Launch of Summer 2023

NBC Basketball opened for registration on Cyber Monday, November 22, 2022. NBC Camps' first registration cycle for Christmas had more campers registering early than in their fifty-year history. Almost 2000 athletes were on the waitlist for an NBC Camp last summer and parents are eager to book early.

"Last summer hearing parents devasted because they didn't register on time was tough," said NBC Camps President Shawn Stetson. "Over 99.5 percent of our volleyball camps and most of our basketball camps sold out in early June. We anticipate there will be a high demand this year and recommend parents hold their spot sooner. NBC Camps have a very fair cancellation policy that allows a student to cancel with full credit-- like a gift card. Parents are so happy with this policy. It just makes sense to hold a spot early because it hurts so much more to tell a son or daughter, "Sorry, can't go because I didn't get you registered.'"

NBC overnight camps will have capacity limits and early registration is strongly encouraged. "Summer Camps and in-person training are vital to campers' development and well-being," says Stetson.
