NBC Basketball Camps offers a Complete Skills Junior Basketball Day Camp for younger athletes. Learning basketball correctly is worth the time and investment. DAY CAMP INFORMATION
Daily Times for Day Camp: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (first-day check-in is 8:30 am)
What to Bring: a sack lunch (any snacks if necessary), a basketball labeled with name and inflated, a water bottle, and a completed medical release waiver.
CAMP DESCRIPTION
Complete Skills Junior Basketball Day Camp
These camps offer comprehensive skill training, motivation, leadership training, and more all within a 9:00 am to 3:00 pm time frame. We'll work on core fundamentals such as shooting, ball handling, passing, attack moves, and defense. These day camps are a perfect introduction for athletes into the NBC Camp program and offer a taste of NBC excellence at a pace and intensity more suitable for younger or more beginning athletes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & OTHER
Ratio: approximately a 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience.
Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own athletic equipment and have at least one pair of well-broken-in basketball (court) shoes. Campers do need to bring their own basketball (clearly labeled with their name). Visit our Camp Packing List for a full list of what to bring. NBC Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
Allergies/Dietary Restrictions/Medical Concerns: please include this on your registration so campus staff and camp staff can be prepared for your camper's arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
