Don't forget your Medical Release Waiver!
NBC Camps is going paperless! You can now fill out your Health and Release Form online in the Customer Portal. Once you have completed this online form, it remains in our system for the calendar year and you will not need to fill it out for future programs unless updated information is necessary. No one without a Medical Release Waiver on file will be allowed to participate.
