Coach Mike Allen is a decorated former professional athlete and accomplished coach with nearly three decades of experience in basketball leadership. As a player, he achieved extraordinary success, earning 3x NBCAA All-American honors, 3x National Championships (1993, 1994, 1995), and an MVP title while scoring over 2,500 points and grabbing more than 700 rebounds during his collegiate career. His professional playing career spanned seven years, competing internationally across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Coach Allen has been featured in major publications such as Sports Illustrated, SportsStars Magazine, and the San Jose Mercury News for his impact on players and communities through basketball.

As a coach, Mike Allen has dedicated his life to developing athletes on and off the court. He has served as a director for basketball programs partnering with the Golden State Warriors, Jr. NBA, and Jr. WNBA, impacting over 3000+ players annually. His leadership extends to high school, college, and semi-professional levels, earning accolades like Coast Conference Coach of the Year. He will be inducted into his HS Hall of Fame (May 18, 2025)
