Sierra Wells
Coach Sierra Wells is a former collegiate volleyball player and current Head Coach at The Ambrose School in Meridian, ID. Sierra is an Arizona native, where she played volleyball at Horizon High School before moving to Idaho to compete for Boise State. During her junior year as a Bronco, she was awarded Player of the Year after she helped her team to their first Mountain West Conference championship which earned their first ever NCAA tournament berth. At Boise State, Sierra became involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), which led her to her current role at The Ambrose School.
About Sierra
Volleyball is the means by which she can pour into the next generation of female athletes her passion for the game and her love of the Lord. Sierra currently works for Boise State Athletics while also staying home to raise her son, Elijah. Her husband, Chris, is in a pastoral residency at their church, New City Church, where he is being trained in pastoral ministry and hopes to eventually plant a new church in Boise.
