Come elevate your basketball skills at the WWCC Student Rec Center. Our holiday hoops clinic will focus on shooting technique and offensive skills, defense and team skills. NBC coaches will help you master the 9 keys of shooting and ways to build confidence when you step on to the court. Junior Hoops will be hosted in the morning session followed by athletes ages 10-15 for the afternoon session.

NBC Holiday Hoops Clinic - Shooting and Attack focus
Dates: December 21, 2025
Gender and Ages: Boys and Girls 10 - 15
Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Clinic Description

Junior Holiday Hoops - This clinic is specifically designed for younger athletes who are newer to the game and have an excitement to learn. Our goal is to teach a general understanding of the game and spark the love for basketball in a fun and encouraging environment.

Shooting and Attack Moves Camp This clinic will help you become a pure shooter. We also work on individual offensive skills like ball handling and attacking the basket along with correcting common shooting errors. Our emphasis with attack moves is getting to the hoop and finishing both from the triple threat and off the dribble. We will have live action play at camp to provide an opportunity to translate individual skills to the team aspect in real game situations

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR CLINICS?

If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to clinic check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid, good through the following year. This is transferable to any immediate family member and may be used for any sport. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact NBC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to clinic check-in will not receive a credit voucher or refund.

Coach Emmie Ogden

Emmie Ogden played two seasons with WWCC Women's Basketball, and later played at Whitman College. She is currently an assistant High School Girls Basketball Coach and has worked as an NBC Day Camp Director and Lead Coach for several years.
