NBC Connect Teams for Volleyball Players
NBC Teams is mentorship, is accountability, is encouragement, is a game changer that can help you reach your goals and dreams.
NBC TEAMS is hosted out of our NBC Central Office in Spokane, WA. Campers in 6th - 12th grade from ANYWHERE can register for NBC TEAMS.
There are currently no NBC Connect Teams scheduled for 2021.
Our NBC Connect Coaches, many of which coach and direct at our summer camps, will guide small groups or TEAMS through a 5-week training course that is designed to help you elevate yourself on and off the court.
Teams are small groups, usually about 5 student-athletes, that are formed based on age and gender. Campers enroll for these courses that are led by our NBC Connect Coaches. These teams will meet weekly online with Zoom. The goal is to build camaraderie, to provide a forum where the athletes can grow together through accountability, encouragement, and guidance from the Connect Coach. Athletes will also be able to interact with coaches over email throughout the week to submit assignments, report on progress, or ask questions.
One of the most important jobs of the NBC Connect Coach is to make these weekly team meetings as valuable as possible. These are the primary connection source for the NBC Connect Teams.

NBC Connect Teams – Small group accountability courses led by and NBC Connect Coach. These teams meet weekly on Zoom over five weeks and dive into ways to improve on and off the court. We are all about improving the total person. This membership also includes access to our online training and teaching courses.
NBC Connect 1-on-1 - Individual mentoring sessions to help players grow in specific areas they need improvement. Custom workouts and weekly accountability for those who want the most personalization and greatest impact.

Coach Coach Brenna Berkimer
Brenna Berkimer: Brenna is the NBC Camps Volleyball Director. She brings intensity, kindness, and provides a culture where talent development is maximized. Brenna is the Assistant Coach for the women’s volleyball team at Whitworth University in Spokane, Wa where she also played collegiate volleyball for four years as a middle hitter. She loves to help players reach their goals on and off the court and can't wait to be part of NBC Connect.
