NBC Volleyball at Highland Middle School in North Spokane, WA will have one week of volleyball camp this summer. NBC's Complete Skills Volleyball Camps, our focus is to help athletes master the fundamentals of the game in a fun and encouraging environment to help them prepare for live action games. Passing, hitting, serving and team fundamentals are a few skills to be covered.

VOLLEYBALL DAY CAMP INFORMATION
Daily Times for Day Camp: 9am to 3pm (first day check-in is 8:30am)
What to bring: Campers should bring sack lunch, volleyball, water bottle, and completed medical release waiver.
CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
Complete Skills Volleyball Day Camp offers training in all aspects of the sport including leadership and confidence training. NBC's Complete Skills volleyball curriculum is all-encompassing to help athletes develop and master skills to play the game of volleyball with excellence.
Volleyball INTENSIVE Camps follow the same curriculum but are recommended for volleyball players who have a few years of experience and knowledge of the game.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & OTHER
Ratio: approximately a 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience.
Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own knee pads and athletic equipment and have at least one pair of well broken-in volleyball (court) shoes. Campers do need to bring their own volleyball (clearly labeled with their name). Visit our Camp Packing List for a full list of what to bring. NBC Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
Allergies/Dietary Restrictions/Medical Concerns: please include this on your registration so campus staff and camp staff can be prepared for your camper's arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

International Travel Teams- NBC invites athletes ages 14-18 on international tours through the NBC Travel Teams program. Campers will learn about NBC tours at camp and can apply for one of our teams by contacting Travel Team Director Breanna Lyons at travelteams@nbccamps.com or visit http://www.nbccamps.com/international

Coach Eva Millan
Eva Millan, Whitworth University Libero ('19-'23) and Greater Spokane League MVP ('18), has been coaching with NBC camps for 5 years. While playing at the college level, Eva has coached numerous camps, clinics, and U12-U18 teams, including NBC's UK Travel Team. Whether coaching kindergarteners or U18 club players, Eva's mission is to provide a fun, challenging, and meaningful training environment where athletes learn not only the techniques, tactics, and strategies of volleyball, but develop into confident, resilient, and empowered leaders and community members.
