NBC Volleyball Camps at The Courts at Real Life in Post Falls, Idaho will host four weeks of training this summer. High School Camps are focused on advancing the skills of high school players through intensive skill rep, volleyball IQ and competition. Complete
Skills Camps are created for beginning to intermediate skill leveled athletes. Located just a short drive from Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, these camps focus on skill development and drill fundamentals like passing, hitting, and serving in a positive and encouraging environment. These camps are high energy and do sell out.

VOLLEYBALL DAY CAMP INFORMATION
Daily Times for Day Camp: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (first-day check-in is 8:30 am)
What to bring: Campers should bring a sack lunch, volleyball, water bottle, and completed medical release waiver (online).
CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
Complete Skills Volleyball Day Camp offers training in all aspects of the sport including leadership and confidence training. NBC's Complete Skills volleyball curriculum is all-encompassing to help athletes develop and master skills to play the game of volleyball with excellence.
High School Camps follow the same curriculum but are recommended for volleyball players who have a few years of experience and knowledge of the game.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & OTHER
Ratio: approximately a 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience.
Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own knee pads and athletic equipment and have at least one pair of well-broken-in volleyball (court) shoes. Campers do need to bring their own volleyball (clearly labeled with their name). Visit our Camp Packing List for a full list of what to bring. NBC Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
Allergies/Dietary Restrictions/Medical Concerns: please include this on your registration so campus staff and camp staff can be prepared for your camper's arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

ABOUT THE FACILITY
The Courts at Real Life is a new, beautiful athletic facility perfect for sports camps. These courts offer two full size volleyball courts with lots of room for training, teaching, and practice.
