About this basketball camp
North Idaho 2027 Basketball Summer Camp go live starting November 30
NBC Basketball Day Camps at The Courts at Real Life in Post Falls, Idaho will be offer three training camps for dedicated players. The first week is for athletes ages 9-14 and is a complete skill focused camp. The second week is a younger camp for ages 8-13 and will be for more beginning players. The final week is for athletes ages 10-15 and focuses on shooting and offensive attack moves, perfect training to advance these crucial basketball skills.
NBC Basketball focuses on helping students master fundamentals like dribbling, passing, defense, and shooting. The NBC environment is high energy, positive, encouraging, and active. Campers will also develop essential leadership qualities. NBC Camps promotes holistic athlete training, emphasizing skill mastery, mental toughness, and servant leadership, all guided by the motto “Nothing Beats Commitment.” Register today to improve your game!!

BASKETBALL DAY CAMP INFORMATION
Daily Times for Day Camp: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (first-day check-in is 8:30 am)
What to Bring: Campers should bring a sack lunch, basketball, water bottle, and completed medical release waiver (online).
CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
Complete Skills Basketball Day Camp focuses on the crucial keys for athletes to become excellent at the game of basketball. The intensity, curriculum, and schedule are suited for athletes who want to take what they know and improve it to take their game to the next level. We break our teaching into four focus areas: Individual offense, defense, shooting, and team skills. Campers are separated into teaching groups and teams based on their age and ability.
Shooting and Attack Moves Camp Shooting is basketball’s most crucial skill. At this camp, NBC staff work with campers to gain greater depth as a shooter as well as hone offensive moves. The focus of this camp is to become an offensive threat on the court.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & OTHER
Ratio: approximately a 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience.
Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own athletic equipment and have at least one pair of well-broken-in basketball (court) shoes. Campers do need to bring their own basketball (clearly labeled with their name). Visit our Camp Packing List for a full list of what to bring. NBC Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
Allergies/Dietary Restrictions/Medical Concerns: please include this on your registration so campus staff and camp staff can be prepared for your camper's arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Day Camp - Sample Schedule
- 9:00 am Welcome, warm up and shoot around
- 9:20 am Ball handling/dribbling stations
- 10:00 am Fundamental instruction in key skill areas such as shooting, attacking the basket, rebounding, passing and defense
- 12:00 pm Lunch break - bring a sack lunch
- 12:45 pm Leadership and life skills training and small group discussion
- 1;15 pm Competitive skill and drill work such as shooting games, small sided games, and live scrimmage
- 3:00 pm Spotlights and daily review, camper dismissal
The Courts at Real Life is a brand new beautiful athletic facility perfect for sports camps. The gym is secure, spacious with multiple baskets, ambient light and a great teaching space.
