2 What can I do in the Customer Portal?
Through the portal, you can view and update your camp enrollment(s), complete your required health & release forms, view and pay your account balance, update required camp information, and more. Multiple campers can also be added to the same account, making it easy to manage your household all in one place!
3 What is the Camp Information Page?
The Camp Information page includes important camp-specific details which are not present on the camp's webpage, including on-site camp staff contact information and other camp-specific details or forms.
4 What if I forgot my confirmation number?
If you have forgotten your camper’s Confirmation Number, please select ‘Forgot Confirmation #?’
5 I forgot my login, how can I sign in?

- Log in using your email and password.
- If you do not remember your login, please click "FORGOT PASSWORD" and follow the prompt.
6 I requested that I be sent a link to reset my password, but it still isn't working.
The password reset link is only active for a short time period, we recommend you resend yourself the link through the portal, and if you are still experiencing issues please reach out to our team during office hours only (9am-4pm PST) at 1-800-406-3926 or after hours via email.
7 I registered and I see my camper in enrollments, but I don't see the medical release waivers to complete.
If you registered by phone and your student has come to camp before, you must manually add your student to show the current registration session. Go to "My Campers" and select the Add Camper Button. Enter then information, go back to "My Enrollments" and you will see your student with the current session.
8 How do I know my medical waiver is completed?
Your account will change from red to green. Green is good to go!
